Do the decking photographs identify aluminium or WPC?
A timber-look photograph does not reliably identify the board material. Use the photographs to discuss the layout and appearance, then compare the actual aluminium and WPC options and confirm the chosen material in writing.
Can roofing, decking and zip blinds be considered together?
